CHICAGO BEARS

The Chicago Bears are a professional football team and are members of the North Division of the National Football Conference of the NFL.  They are based out of Chicago, IL.

The Chicago Bears were founded in Decature, IL, in 1919.  Two years later they moved to Chicago.  They are one of two teams that are left from the beginning of the NFL.  The other team is the Arizona Cardinals (originally from Chicago).  The Bears played at Wrigley Field through the 1970 season.  Since then, they have played at Soldier Field (except in 2002).  Their biggest rivalry is the Green Bay Packers.

The Chicago Bears have won 9 NFL Championships.  Eight of these championships game prior to the NFL merger and they have one Super Bowl win.  The Bears have the most players in the NFL Hall of Fame with 27 members and they have the most retired player jerseys with 13.  The Chicago Bears also have the most regular season wins and overall victories then any other NFL franchise.  On November 18, 2010, they won their 700th game.
